On 31 January 2026, Charge d’Affaires a.i. Dr Jean-Pierre A. Verbiest attended the Religious Ceremony marking the 100 days of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother of Thailand.
The Ceremony was presided over by HM the King and HM the Queen, and held in the presence of the Royal Family, government ministers, senior officials and all Heads of Diplomatic Missions.
