The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific -UNESCAP- held its 81st Commission Session on 21-25 April 2025. The Commission brings together ministers from across Asia and the Pacific and other stakeholders to exchange views on current and emerging policy issues for inclusive and sustainable development in Asia and the Pacific. The main theme of the 81st Commission Session was "Regional Cooperation for resilient and sustainable urban development in Asia and the Pacific".
